Vehicle Disclaimer

All vehicles offered by Laganta are used vehicles. While every unit is professionally inspected and reconditioned, normal wear consistent with age and mileage is to be expected.

We strictly reject accident, flood-damaged (water) and fire-damaged vehicles. Detailed condition notes and official inspection documents are available on request.

We provide high-resolution photos, videos and inspection reports for each vehicle. Buyers are encouraged to arrange independent third-party inspection prior to purchase. Once a buyer confirms purchase, they acknowledge the disclosed condition of the vehicle.

Laganta's responsibility covers vehicle preparation, export clearance and shipment as defined in the sales contract. We are not liable for delays, damages or costs arising from destination-port customs procedures, local regulations, force majeure events or actions of third-party carriers.

Buyers are responsible for verifying that the age, emissions and specifications of purchased vehicles comply with the import laws of their destination country before ordering.
